COVID-19 Updates

March 13, 2020

A message from the Ashwaubenon Performing Arts Center regarding our response to COVID-19

Friends,

The Ashwaubenon Performing Arts Center (PAC) cares deeply about the safety and security of our patrons, performers, volunteers, and employees and is joining the effort to contain the spread of Novel Coronavirus COVID-19.

Because of that care, we are following the lead of the “Mass Gathering Guidance for Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)” issued by the State of Wisconsin, as well as the World Health Organization’s advisement of a ban on gatherings of more than 250 people.

Events wherein gatherings of more than 250 people occur at the PAC have been cancelled, effective immediately, until April 13, 2020 or when public risk has been deemed by health authorities to have returned to reduced, acceptable levels.

While not all events at the Ashwaubenon Performing Arts Center are affected by these parameters, several upcoming events are, including the Saturday, March 14 performance of The Magic of Bill Blagg Live! which has rescheduled for Saturday, October 10, 2020 at 7:30pm; the Friday, March 20, 2020 performance of Celebrate Sinatra has rescheduled to Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 7:30pm; and the Saturday, April 4, 2020 performances by comedian Bill Engvall have rescheduled to Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 3:00pm & 8:00pm. Current tickets for each of these events will be honored on the rescheduled performance dates. Should patrons are unable to attend the new performance date, original purchasers may return their tickets by May 1 to Ticket Star at 1901 S. Oneida St, Green Bay, WI 54304 for refund.

All other upcoming performances will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and ticket holders for each affected event will be informed of options.  Additionally, for our continued smaller gatherings, anyone experiencing cold or flu symptoms is encouraged to stay home and contact ticket services for more information about ticket exchanges and policies.

Difficult decisions are being made locally, nationally, and globally by organizers of public events, and we have elected to err on the side of caution in the interest of our community’s health.  We thank you for your understanding of these decisions during this unimagined pandemic.

Sincerely

Kate Green, Executive Director
Ashwaubenon Performing Arts Center
