HEARING ENHANCEMENT SYSTEM
The Ashwaubenon PAC is equipped with a Hearing Loop System that provides an in-ear loudspeaker that cuts out a significant amount of background noise for audience members with hearing aids or cochlear implants.
How to Use the PAC’s Hearing Loops:
- Our special Hearing Loop receivers can be checked out free of charge at Coat Check. A driver’s license or credit card is held until the unit is returned after the show.
- To utilize the hearing loop system, hearing aids must be equipped with a telecoil, or a T-coil. The T-coil in the hearing aid must be activated by an audiologist and switched on.
- If you do not have a T-coil equipped hearing aid or cochlear implant but wish to benefit from the hearing loop system, a special receiver and earpiece can be checked out free of charge at Coat Check. A driver’s license or credit card is held until the unit is returned after the show.
CAMERAS AND RECORDING
Contract agreements with the artists generally prohibit the use of cameras, camcorders and other recording devices during a performance, unless special permission is obtained. For performers’ safety, flash photography is always prohibited. PAC staff reserves the right to confiscate any devices that are suspected of use in recording to inspect before returning to the owner.
CELL PHONES & OTHER DISTRACTIONS
Cell phones should not be used during performances. PAC staff reserves the right to ask any attendee to step out of the performance if they are distracting the performers or audience around them. Ticket buyers and performers want to enjoy shows that are free of noise and distraction. The venue reserves the right to ask anyone to leave if their behavior is disruptive to others.
LATECOMERS
To ensure a distraction-free performance for both the artists and the audience, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Staff during a suitable pause in the performance. Reserved seating selection is not guaranteed for those who arrive after a performance begins.
CHILDREN
Family entertainment is a priority, but not all shows are appropriate for all ages. When events are considered to appeal primarily to an adult audience, the PAC discourages attendance by children. Fire Code requires all audience members (even those of lap-sitting size) to have a ticket.
DELAYS
Although every attempt is made to begin on time, the PAC reserves the right to delay the start of an event in order to respond to technical, weather, or other unforeseen situations.
CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED PERFORMANCE
Performance dates, times, and programs are subject to change. In the event of a cancelled performance, the PAC will make every attempt to contact all ticket holders. Announcements will be distributed to area radio and TV stations. A rescheduled or comparable performance may be offered; however, refunds will be available to patrons who cannot take advantage of a substituted event. Because events may reschedule, dates and programs are subject to change.
WEATHER-RELATED CANCELLATIONS
Ashwaubenon PAC events are only cancelled if performers cannot make it due to weather. No refunds will be issued to audience members who cannot attend a presented performance.
SMOKING
The use of tobacco products, including e-cigs, is prohibited on the PAC grounds.
ALCOHOL
Alcohol is prohibited on the PAC grounds due to the venue’s proximity to the Ashwaubenon High School campus.
FIREARMS & WEAPONS
