Mallory Lewis continues family-favorite act made famous by her mother
GREEN BAY, WI – The George F. Kress Foundation Family Series at the Ashwaubenon Performing Arts Center begins with Mallory Lewis & Lamb Chop on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Sponsored by Team Crowley Dental, the show is a celebration of a character that touched the hearts and imaginations of several generations of children.
Created in the 1950s by puppeteer and ventriloquist Shari Lewis, Lamb Chop was most recently the central character of the PBS show Lamb Chop’s Play Along, which won five Daytime Emmys between 1992 – 1995. After Lewis passed away in 1998, her daughter, Mallory, took over her legacy and brought Lamb Chop back to the spotlight. Mallory has since appeared with Lamb Chop at thousands of venues around the world. Intended for audiences of all ages, Mallory Lewis & Lamb Chop is a fun trip down memory lane. The nostalgia doesn’t end, it just goes on and on, my friend…
Tickets to Mallory Lewis & Lamb Chop are $20 each with subscriber and group discounts available. To purchase or learn more about this or other upcoming events, visit ashwaubenonpac.org or call (920) 494-3401.
