Brass Differential and Copper Box come together for a genre-blending performance on April 5
The Ashwaubenon Performing Arts Center is thrilled to present a one-of-a-kind double bill performance featuring the dynamic Copper Box and Brass Differential. Set for Friday, April 5 at 7:30 p.m., this event promises a night of exhilarating entertainment as these powerhouse acts blend genres for an unforgettable show.
Brass Differential delivers a sound steeped in New Orleans tradition, featuring a fiery gumbo of jazz, blues, funk, R&B, and soul. What truly sets them apart is their signature horn section, anchored on the low end by the rich tones of a marching band tuba. Brass Differential’s repertoire offers something for every music lover, ranging from traditional music to the Eurythmics, Fitz and the Tantrums, and Bruno Mars. Composed largely of music educators and music degree holders, the band’s performances are diverse and full of energy.
Copper Box, hailing from Oshkosh, brings a spirited mix of folk, Americana, polka, rock, blues, and jazz. Led by the soulful vocals of Michelle LL and Danny Jerabek’s accordion mastery, this quartet has captivated audiences nationwide. Honored as the 2023 Americana Artist of the Year by the Wisconsin Area Music Industry, their energetic shows have shared stages with icons like Huey Lewis, The Doobie Brothers and REO Speedwagon.
Together, Brass Differential and Copper Box will unite on stage for a portion of the April 5 concert, merging their distinct sounds in a celebration of music and a fusion of genres. This unique, must-see musical event promises to be a highlight of the Ashwaubenon Performing Arts Center’s season!
The Brass Differential and Copper Box double bill performance is sponsored by Alliance Insurance Centers and presented as part of the Ashwaubenon P.A.C.’s Kroll’s West Regional Series.
Tickets to Brass Differential & Copper Box are $29 and can be purchased online at ashwaubenonpac.org or by calling (920) 494-3401.
