Local Legend David Seering Brings World Premiere of Charity Performance Frank Sinatra vs. Neil Diamond to Ashwaubenon PAC

David Seering, lifelong musician and longtime host of the local CP Telethon, is headlining a special performance at the Ashwaubenon Performing Arts Center on Friday, October 4, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. This worldwide premiere of Frank Sinatra vs. Neil Diamond is raising funds to support Parkinson’s charities, inspired by Seering’s personal journey as a caregiver for his wife, Laurie.

In an impressive musical career that began at the tender age of three, Seering has decades of live performances, albums, and collaborations to his credit. He’s worked with notable artists like B.J. Thomas, Phyllis Diller, Cab Calloway and Mickey Rooney and had the honor of performing for presidents Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan. People in Northeast Wisconsin may know him best as the host of the CP Telethon in Green Bay for 38 years. Over decades, he’s helped raise millions of dollars for charity.

Frank Sinatra vs. Neil Diamond features Seering and the Shawn Postell Orchestra performing timeless hits from two of the most iconic voices of the 20th century. Audiences can expect a night replete with beloved classics like Sinatra’s “Fly Me to the Moon” and Diamond’s “Sweet Caroline,” performed with Seering’s unique flair and strong vocals.

One man channeling two legends! Don’t miss this unforgettable night of music and heartfelt fundraising. Portions of proceeds will go to the American Parkinson Disease Association – Wisconsin Chapter and The Michael J Fox Foundation For Parkinson’s Research.

Frank Sinatra vs. Neil Diamond is sponsored by Ken & Marge Bukowski and presented as part of the Ashwaubenon P.A.C.’s Kroll’s West Regional Series.

Tickets for Frank Sinatra vs. Neil Diamond are $39 and can be purchased online at ashwaubenonpac.org or by calling (920) 494-3401.
