Set for April 18 at the Ashwaubenon Performing Arts Center (APAC) at 7:30 p.m., the concert promises to be an unforgettable evening full of music that is both nostalgic and contemporary.

Mads Tolling & The Mads Men captivate audiences by reimagining classic hits from the 1960s. With two Grammy Awards to his name, Danish-born Mads Tolling is a violin virtuoso who was introduced to jazz at the age of fourteen. Six years later, he moved to the U.S. to hone his craft at the prestigious Berklee College of Music. Now, he dazzles audiences worldwide, with collaborations that include touring with jazz legend Stanley Clark and performing with the Turtle Island String Quartet. Tolling has also been featured on NPR’s Morning Edition and has received rave reviews from The Washington Post and San Francisco Chronicle.

The remainder of the quartet are world-class musicians in their own right. The Mads Men are composed of Colin Hogan on piano, Gary Brown on bass, and Eric Garland on drums. Together with Tolling, they form a troupe that transcends expectations while entertaining audience members of all ages.
